Did you know? Short term rentals (STR) requires a business license and both Civic and Lodging Assessments to be submitted.

THE NEW PORTAL IS LIVE!

SHORT-TERM RENTALS: If a home or condo is rented out for more than four (4) days in a month, the owner must also obtain a Lodging Beaver Creek Business License.  Beaver Creek has a new registration STR portal. Direct all STR Business License registrations to shorttermrental.beavercreekresortcompany.com

  • All renewals of a current license will be claimed through the portal with the email on file. Follow these instructions on how to link your current license. Link A License
  • If a current license is expired, you will apply for a new one through the portal.
  • STR assessments will be paid through this portal on a monthly basis.

BCRC has engaged a monitoring company to track all STRs in Beaver Creek to help with this licensing and assessment collection compliance.

Beaver Creek Resort Company reminds single homeowners and/or management companies to submit the necessary civic and lodging assessments. These assessments uphold community enforcement and resort integrity, contributing to the exceptional guest and owner experience that keeps visitors returning. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure these assessments are submitted.

 

Are you a property manager who rents multiple units in a property? Licenses are now per unit in the portal. There will be a tiered structure coming for multi-unit property rentals per building by January 1st.
